| عشق روان شد از عدم مرکب ما روشن ز شراب وصل دائم شب ما زان می که حرام نیست در مذهب ما تا صبح عدم خشک نیابی لب ما Bâ ʿişq revân şod ez ʿadam markab-i mâ Rûşen zi şarâb-ı vasl-i dâim şeb-i mâ Zân mey ke harâm nist der mezheb-i mâ Tâ subh-i ʿadam huşk neyâbî leb-i mâ Yokluktan aşk ile yola çıktı bineğimiz Daimî vuslat şarabıyla aydındır gecemiz O meyden ki haram değildir mezhebimizde Yokluk sabahına dek kurumaz dudağımız | Set forth with love from non-being our steed By the wine of eternal union our night is bright From that wine which is not forbidden in our creed Till the dawn of nothingness you’ll not find our lips dried Par l’amour, notre monture s’est élancée du néant Par le vin de l’union éternelle, notre nuit est radiante De ce vin que notre foi ne nomme point péché, Jusqu’à l’aube du néant, nos lèvres ne seront point séchées |
